I'm hoping other users will have seen this issue before and resolved it, but could not find another instance in the forums, so here goes:
After installing the RDM plugin into KeePass, my integration works fine but I get an error popup every time I open and close KeePass.
The starting message is: "System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: The channel 'ipc' is already registered at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.ChannelServices.RegisterChannelInternal(IChannel chnl, Boolean ensureSecurity) at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.ChannelServices.RegisterChannel(IChannel chnl, Boolean ensureSecurity) at RemoteDesktopManagerPlugin.RemoteDesktopManagerPluginExt.Start(Type listener)
The closing message is: "System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: The channel 'ipc' is not registered with remoting services at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.ChannelServices.UnregisterChannel(IChannel chnl) at RemoteDesktopManagerPlugin.RemoteDesktopManagerPluginExt.Stop() at RemoteDesktopManagerPlugin.RemoteDesktopManagerPluginExt.Terminate()

The multi selection has been added to the notifications and should be available in the next beta.
The bug where the status would be reset has been found and fixed. Indeed it wasn't an intended behavior.
I haven't had the chance to look into "remember order" feature you requested yet but will let you know if it can be done in the future.

- RDM Session ID as extra data fields in ConnectWise Automate, and enabling calling RDM through a tunnel remotely connecting to any server and/or device.
- Using ConnectWise's tunnel functionality to enable remoting sessions not available over the internet.

I am getting the same issue and have tried the above steps with no luck. This happens on one particular system. It connects find when I am on the local network, and fails when I am external. MSTSC works find for that server. Troubling since this is my primary server that I connect to with this program.

If I add an username and password to the database using the browser addon, it is placed in the configured directory (default: Devolutions Web Login). that's very nice for all logins which can be shared across the company. but not for personell logins. Is it possible to let the user decide whether the entry should be stored in the global database or in the private vault?

RDM Version 12.0.8.0 64-bit
Having recently reinstalled my OS and put the latest RDM on, I'm finding that when I close remote sessions (SSH, RDP, etc), it's not closing the tabs like it's meant to, and used to.
It closes the session, leaves me with a black screen, and stays open.
I've checked the properties of a connection -> User Interface -> Keep tab page opened on disconnect ... using either default or false.
I've checked the application level Options -> Advanced -> Auto close embedded tab on disconnect, as well as Types -> Keep tab page opened on disconnect
Additionally, connections seem to take a few seconds to load (giving me a loading ... progress bar), whereas normally in something like Putty or RDC Man, they'd be pretty much instant. Assuming it's slow pulling in from a database or such like?
Any suggestions anywhere?

We use AD authentication through DVLS, the AD group containing users is defined as a role in the data source with A/E/D permissions, users are auto-provisioned through their group membership. We are seeing occasional errors from DVLS when trying to manipulate objects in the data source, with a Warning error being logged (Connection access denied(add)), but the objects still seem to be saved correctly even though DVLS is throwing the error message to RDM. Any suggestions?
DVLS 4.0.7.0 on Windows Server 2012R2, RDM 12.4.12.0 on Windows 10.

Today we have 3 options for server-side 2FA
* Disabled -- As it states
* Optional -- Server checks the user, if its configured it uses it, if not, they pass.
* Required -- All users are required and must register if they don't have it.
I propose a 4th option.
* Required w/Excemption -- For special use cases, a flag in the database user 2FA config that allows the server to bypass 2FA for that user. Helpful in cases such as service accounts where automation needs to use the powershell commands without using 2FA but in an environment where security mandates everyone else as required.

VPN > Open > Connect if unable to ping/scan
VPN > Type > Session
VPN > Settings > Session with session entry specified
VPN connection
Credentials > Credential repository with entry specified
VPN Type > Microsoft VPN
VPN name VPN1
RAS phone number 'VPN IP address specified'
Phonebook document > Phonebook entry specified
Events > Before Connect > Command line > Command: C:\Windows\System32\rasdial.exe VPN1 /disconnect
we have multiple vpn's all called VPN1 so we do not have to update the phonebook document, we just specify the IP in the RAS phone number field.
The remote networks all have different ip range, eg 192.168.50.0, 192.168.80.1 and so on
and I have confirmed if I ping 192.168.80.1 I get request timed out
When I open the RDP session
I am prompted pinging host 192.168.80.1
then pinging host for vpn connection
then connecting to 192.168.80.1 with the rotating dots before being prompted with a Connection box
I enabled the performance profiling debug log and I don't know if it is because I specified the wrong options with debug level 2369 but the log goes crazy Tree view is loading 1936 connections: when I click connect on the RDP entry Loading connections before stopping and showing:
OpenConnection: Opening VPN
OpenVPN: Finding Opener
OpenVPN: Preparing Dynamic Port
OpenVPN: vpnOpener.Open
OpenVPN: Result is Not Null
OpenVPN: Result is not opened or is ready
OpenConnection: Opened VPN
Opening in Console / Admin mode
Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network
Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.
RDP - Disconnect:516 / exDiscReasonNoInfo
Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network
Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.

I just updated to the new version 4.3.0.0 and my rdp sessions (undocked, display resolution work space, without tabs) shows a white fat line above≤≤ and below the main rdp windows screen.
The app also crashed the moment I try to edit my settings of the rdp session (to write it down for this message :-)

Topic "Cannot get imported RDP machines to use password creds" a message from brian johns
I'm a new user of the app and imported all my RDP machines from MS RDC Man. I'm using a cred i added to the repository and have edited the group and machines to point to that cred. However when i login it does not use that cred and prompts me for creds. I can't seem to batch edit and manual edit these machines use to an inherited cred or the cred in the repository.
I don't want to manually enter all these machines, can this be resolved? Is it a bug?
Whatever it is its super annoying.
