Topic "license via Datasource" a message from Sjoerd van den Berg

We use a site license and I have put this license into the database.
Now we see some users have to provide the enterprise key themselves to be able to use the enterprise features.
When setting up on a clean pc this is not needed, but only pointing to the 'licensed' database suffices.

Please advice.
