Hi guys, pretty obscure problem here but hopefully I can get some hints for a possible fix to this...
I run RDM (v8.0.12.0) on Windows 7 inside a Parallels Desktop virtual machine on a 13" Macbook Pro with Retina Display. (take a breath
)
I've been successfully doing that on a desktop (Mac Pro) for a while now but I've got a little quirk on the Macbook. When I'm in an embedded remote desktop connection, a section (that seems equivalent to the size of the navigation pane) is unavailable. By that I mean that I can see whatever is happening, but I can't interact with it. Putting the cursor over an element that usually brings a tooltip, clicking or right-clicking, nothing happens.
If I hide the navigation pane and reconnect, the "left part problem" is fixed but now I have a similar problem across the top of the connection window. Is it the equivalent of the top RDM toolbar? Not sure...
If I simply disable the embedding and use fullscreen, everything is fine.
I understand this is a really complicated matter and that it can be a number of different things but maybe the devs could have a little genius idea?
Thanks!
