Topic "User can't refactor using database data source" a message from visiodei

I have an MSSQL database as my datastore.

while logging in as the &quotsa&quot for the database I can refactor no problem.

When I log in as my user (which is ALL but the admin) the refactor menu is Blank (no icons)
