Although the program indicates that one can point to a different location for the Connections.xml file, this apparently may not be the truth, as it were.
I've checked the permissions for the drive/directory and they are correct for the current user.
I have been able to point other programs to this drive, which is a secondary SSD drive, without any difficulty.
Any thoughts on what might be going on here?
