Topic "Putty Tab session -- change tab name (hostname)" a message from solaris

Hi,


is it possible to do the following:

We login into a LINUX Server (via ssh), then the TAB is showing the Hostname of this System.
Now we jump from this LINUX Server to the next one (via ssh).
Is it now possible that the TAB is also changing its name to the new Hostname?
