This issue will be fixed in a future release but meanwhile you could simply remove the Binaries from the Meta section before importing the file.
In your case the lines are :

<Binaries>
<Binary ID=&quot0&quot Compressed=&quotTrue&quot>...</Binary>
<Binary ID=&quot1&quot Compressed=&quotTrue&quot>...</Binary>
<Binary ID=&quot2&quot Compressed=&quotTrue&quot>...</Binary>
<Binary ID=&quot3&quot Compressed=&quotTrue&quot>...</Binary>
</Binaries>
