next potential bug:
i tested with local db & rdms.
if you attach a file to a folder by right-click, properties, attachments, ....
AND the folder has subentries (rdp, vpn, etc.) the attachment doesn't show up in Attachments-Footer
if there is a subfolder, it shows up
this doesn't happen when using local db, only reproduceable with RDMS
in one case, there it is very strange:
if you attach a file to the folder "CustomerA" a subfolder gets created with full structure from root to CustomerA and a few random entries from CustomerA get moved into that folder.
it's not a local-pc-cache-problem, bcos its reproduceable from every machine that has access to that folder.
