Topic "The profile specified could not be read - CiscoVPN" a message from ilima70

I configured a VPN and the profiles pop up automatically when i tried to set it up but when i launch it the i get the message in a CMD window that closes immediately.

i have Remote Desktop Manager 9.2.3.0
