First off I would like to say that Remote Desktop Manager is a great piece of software. I have the standard edition version 9.1.4.0, running on Windows 7 Enterprise and it does nearly everything required. The one thing that has caused me trouble is the shutdown session addon tool. Whenever I try to use it to shutdown or restart a computer remotely an error message pops up saying it is unable to execute the command (see screenshot). Shutting down the antivirus software (McAfee Enterprise Edition) hasn't helped. The problem doesn't seem to be confined to one operating system as the issue has cropped up when interacting with computers running both Linux and Windows 7 Enterprise. Also logging in as the elevated administrator on my computer has not helped. Everything else seems to be running fine.
