I'm running Remote Desktop Manager version 9.0.12.0 on a Windows 8 Pro machine and anytime I load an embedded RDP session it is extremely slow to respond. The session loads fine, but once I get logged into the machine, it is becomes unresponsive. In extreme cases, it takes sometimes full minutes for mouse clicks or keyboard entries to register and applications to load. The problem seems to be specific to embedded Microsoft RDP sessions and it doesn't matter if the machine is physical or virtual. If I load the session in an external window, it works just fine.
I've read some other entries and help articles about this but none of the solutions seem to work. I've checked the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" in the Compatibility menu for both the 32 and 64 bit applications. I've tried to load the older classic UI and setting my screen resolution to a lower setting. I've also tried changing various settings on my graphics card, but nothing seems to work.
I'm eager to hear from you. This is driving me crazy.
