Topic "Change History in BETA releases" a message from STGdb

When running the update check, a new version is reported (currently 9.0.15.0) but when an update is detected, the Change History doesn't show anything since 9.0.12.0 (which is the latest release). Is BETA considered part of the Change History or is Change History only for released versions?
