Topic "Version 9.0.11.0 freezing" a message from jbest

Every time I go to log out of a RDP connection, my RDM freezes and has to be restarted.

To logout I'm going start menu -> logoff. RDM then greys out and I get a not responding message.

What troubleshooting steps should I perform?
