Topic "Intel AMT (KVM) problem" a message from hons

Hi,

I'm using &quotRealVNC&quot Plus together with &quotIntel AMT (KVM)&quot to do the helpdesk work in our network. I'm trying this &quotRemote Desktop Manager&quot to see if it would help me on the work. I setup the program, created a session &quotIntel AMT&quot (pic 1) it is keep saying error (pic2). I created another session using VNC and it works. Any thing I set wrong???
