Hello,
My company primarily uses Cisco VPN's across our clients for remote administrative access. Since Cisco stopped developing their IPsec client, we switched to Shrewsoft. When we discovered we could store the VPN profiles in our RDMO datasource, we were pretty excited as that saves quite a bit of configuration for all our techs. However, the only person that can seem to successfully use the VPN profiles is the person that uploaded them (me actually).
The error message my colleagues get is "failed to load" <Profile Name>. All the VPN profiles are stored per session instead of using a VPN object since (at the time) I didn't see a way to automatically start the VPN with it being a VPN object. Is there a configuration step I've missed, a bug with the RDMO datasource, or is this not actually possible?
